Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AVIKII™.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Processing & Manufacturing Lead Times

Most AVIKII™ products are manufactured and/or assembled to order.

Estimated lead time:
Approximately 4 weeks from confirmed payment and order confirmation to dispatch/delivery.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • production scheduling;
  • material availability;
  • coating and finishing processes;
  • courier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers will be notified where material delays occur.


2. Shipping Areas

AVIKII™ currently ships within the Republic of South Africa.

International shipping may be available on request, subject to:

  • export regulations;
  • import restrictions;
  • courier availability;
  • destination country laws.

The customer remains solely responsible for ensuring lawful importation and possession of products in their jurisdiction.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size;
  • delivery destination;
  • courier rates;
  • insurance requirements where applicable.

Additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas.


4. Courier Services

AVIKII™ uses third-party courier and logistics providers for deliveries.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, AVIKII™ cannot guarantee courier timeframes once parcels have been dispatched.

Delivery estimates provided by couriers are approximate only.


5. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection by the courier service provider.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage must be reported to both the courier and AVIKII™ within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • delivery details are accurate;
  • someone is available to receive the parcel where required;
  • contact information remains up to date.

AVIKII™ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


7. Firearm-Related Compliance

Certain products may be subject to legal restrictions.

Customers remain solely responsible for:

  • ensuring lawful possession;
  • complying with all applicable firearm and accessory laws;
  • obtaining any required authorisations or approvals.

AVIKII™ reserves the right to refuse shipment where required by law.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a parcel appears delayed or lost, customers must contact AVIKII™ as soon as possible.

AVIKII™ will liaise with the courier provider to assist in resolving the issue.

Resolution times may depend on the courier’s investigation procedures.
